Как оключить отправку уведомления на email?

Как оключить отправку уведомления на email при добавлении проекта пользователем.
На хостинге ограничение в 100 сообщений в час, если будет больше то отключат сайт.
А Исполнитель и так знает что он поставил свой проект, зачем его об этом уведомлять?

How to stop sending a notification to the email when the user adds the project.
On the hosting limit of 100 messages per hour, if there is more then disconnect the site.
And the Artist already knows that he put his project, why should he notify about it?
