Resume Upload, Parser, and Search Interface

New plugin to allow members to upload or create resumes on the site. Also, have search interface for recruiters.

Team Thanked: 181 times	As for me — I'm not ready to get this task. But I think this as a start can be done with little efforts. It can be done based on «page» module with adding some extrafields through admin panel and update TPL files. So simple kind of you system can be made with no programming plugins at all.
