Allow people to edit only their own pages?

Let them edit a page but save the previous version until an admin validates

This is what "W" permission on the page category for a user group is responsible for. What is missing is page editing history. There was Wiki plugin for genoa which Kilandor made for this site and it had the history of edits and you could revert things back if something went wrong. I would like to see such a plugin for Siena too. May the Source be with you!
