Hello, I just did a fresh install of the latest build. I enabled SEF. It was working fine for a while. Then I went to upload a plugin "min-chat". I clicked it thinking I would be able to install it. It instatly brought me to the admin home page and broke my admin panel. I tried to delete the files via ftp. Still broken. I am not longer able to navigate the admin panel. I'm stuck on the home page of the admin panel. When I click config it updates the url in my browser to but I remain on the home page.

This is my .htaccess file.
