IPv6 support in Both Genoa And Siena

Reason: I think Siena is going in a direction i dont like.. it is becoming to bloated with a lot off code. I really want a lean and simple system, so i took Genoa as a base and I am removing a lot off stuff I dont need for my own purposes.
