Forums / Cotonti / Extensions / Tapatalk or similar?

Well, Tapatalk integration requires implementing a specific XML-RPC interface for it almost altering the entire forums functionality we have. It requires a lot of time, so I don't think it appears any time soon.

We plan a jQuery Mobile theme though, which will simplify using forums from mobile devices too.
