I'm looking for someone that can develop a calendar/events plugin for Siena.

The plugin should support events that can be added by users (depending on their rights).

Basically i'm looking for a plugin that has these features: http://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/.
Written in PHP and as the example shows, preferably with jQuery and AJAX support.
