Hi,

Maybe I'm wrong, but when logging into cotonti you can select wether to store a permament coockie or not using the checkbox in the login area. All other parts of cotonti should be privacy-friendly in my opinion, because there are no external services enabled by default such as Akismet, google hosted jquery, facebook, twitter, recaptcha etc.
