Contributors Thanked: 3 times	Simply remove urleditor.global.php, the file seems to be unnecessary in 0.9.4. If it doesn't help, rename the urleditor plugin directory to something else, and open www.site.com/admin.php. Now you'll get some include warnings, but you should be able to navigate to the extensions section and pause the urleditor plugin from there.
