Open system/core/page/page.edit.inc.php and change line 250:

$pag['page_date'] = sed_selectbox_date($pag['page_date'] + $usr['timezone'] * 3600, 'long', 2030, 2000);

to:

$pag['page_date'] = sed_selectbox_date($pag['page_date'] + $usr['timezone'] * 3600, 'long', '', 2030, 2000);
