I disabled markItUp and bbcodes and not it is OK.
During install I installed all options. Just to have the full system for testing.

I installed a fresh install this morning. But there was something wrong, because I miss some things.
When I'm hove, I'll try de reinstall from scratch.

Added 13 minutes later:

In Comments there is the same problem as in whosonline.
If you click on the IP:
you get
admin.php?m=tools&p=ipsearch&a=search&id=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx&x=xxxxxxx
instead of
admin.php?m=other&p=ipsearch&a=search&id=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx&x=xxxxxxx
