I know youre situation...
In the specs I say some things about this conversion.. It will take a lot of effort to develop & test.
But FIRST we have got to make this plug.. !!!

After that we can figure out what to do about this conversion script. You are probably not the only one I guess.... (although you have a HUGE site)

Maybe we can think of something to go gradually to folder mode !!
So old files still in the old mode, and new files in folder mode (I am just thinking out loud)

Maybe everybody will love this new plug (We hope so), that we can get a lot of help to build a conversion script
