[Help] User details

I have searched, cleaned up coding, searched again, changed stuff, changed it back.. In the mean time 4-5 months have past, but still no luck in finding the cause of this problem. Strange thing is that it persist only in user details, even if I clean userdetails.tpl from all code. Can someone please take a look at this? Cause I'm beginning to think the problem is not my coding. thank you
