from my point of view this can be done simple with the bbcode editor implemented in the core system.
so why dont you just upload the needed jquery javascript files and make a new bbcode that uses the wildcards for variables and paths...

but if you are insiting on haveing a fouth button to insert as MP3 you could use hooks in the PFS system. not done so much with it yet but i guess there are some hooks in the pfs.inc file...
