Bluepigment isn't, but probably there is something wrong and it will take the standard skin.

Sed-light, grunge works
Cryo also, but you need to take greenish (not reddish)

I see also in the choose list a dir plugins and skins, this is strange.
Check what it is.

Bluepigment has a double dir in the zip files.
/bluepigment/bluepigment/skinfiles
Make sure you put it in the right place. You need to make it /skins/bluepigment/skinfiles and not
/skins/bluepigment/bluepigment/skinfiles
