We are still waiting for some highly expected entries. I will let you know when voting starts.

The Web Vote will be just a normal poll, so you are allowed to vote for yourself but only once. I know our polls are not perfect, so we will check for fraud attempts and disqualify those entries which got many votes from fake accounts made by same person or from the same subnet(s).

The Jury Vote is private, I will soon inform you of the jury members.

As some of major candidates are not able to meet the deadline on September 30th (which is today), I have to shift the deadline to October 4th to give everybody a chance to make their skins perfect. So, the latest schedule is:
Submission deadline: October 4th, 20:00 GMT
Voting starts: October 5th, 12:00 GMT
Voting ends: October 11th, 20:00 GMT
Results will be available: October 12th, 12:00 GMT.
This is the last call, no more deadline shifts will be performed. I apologize to everyone who has waited too long already.
