Add mCaptcha to contactus plugin

The code as laid out on theat page is not exactly how you added it to the example plugin (the one you can dowload at the end of that page). So, its a bit confusing for a noob like me Anyway, I just installed the plugin version you provide there and seems to work perfectly, thanks a lot!!
