Best way is to start with a design in plain HTML, CSS and images. Then you have to make it into a skin by cutting the HTML into pieces and adding the tags.
I suggest you copy an existing skin to make sure you don't forget any files. Just don't be lazy and keep the originals, you should edit them all. |
