Sed-Cache is read only!Error!

Members	Design-Studio: Fatal error : SQL error : Table 'sed_cache' is read only I am getting this error on my site... I am trying to edit this in phpmyadmin but it says: Cannot start session without errors, please check errors given in your PHP and/or webserver log file and configure your PHP installation properly. Design-Studio:
