Dutchcotonti Show Off

Contributors	As we planned to give all people in the Netherlands the oppertunity to show Cotonti in Dutch lang, we created a new setup with Dutch as default lang. With the help of Pieter, he converted a template into a skin, so we could have our own skin called Dutchcotonti. This skin is not on download yet, but will only be downloadable with the next Dutch pack. NOTE; if we have an idea that other people want this skin aswell we can have a look and see what we can do!
