CKEditor 4

Since Cotonti 0.9.26+ we are having CKEditor 5 in the box. Those of you guys who prefer to stick with version 4 can download it as a separate plugin using different name - ckeditor4. This way you will not overwrite it while applying officlal update where the folder with CKE5 is named 'ckeditor'.

Installation:

1. Download, upload to the plugins folder and install via admin panel
2. Select ckeditor4 parser in the HTML Parser plugin config
