I have (or am trying to have) the news plugin show news from different categories in their own blocks. This functionality works fine. However, I can't get the post body text cut.

If I use the settings (say 120 post lengh) .. nothing happens. I also tried using the [ more ] link and nothing happens. I deleted my caches and nothing changes. I get the full body text.

Is this a bug or did I miss something somehwere?

Nevermind, I found the problem. I was using {PAGE_ROW_TEXT} instead of {PAGE_ROW_TEXT_CUT}.
