I can reproduce the problem on Siena 0.9.5. It happens with the mini version of MarkItUp.
I'ts loading it twice via both bbcode.set.js and set.js.

On cotonti.com we currently use CKEditor, not Markitup.

It seems that Markitup is being loaded twice somehow. Can you post the tpl you're using?

Also, replace the {FILE ...} thing with this:

{FILE "./{PHP.cfg.themes_dir}/{PHP.theme}/warnings.tpl"}

See if it still does it when you remove/rename 'set.js' in /plugins/markitup/js

Make sure you do a refresh (CTRL+F5) and clear the cache.

Theme: symisun | although it does the same with nemesis
