I would also see the other functionalities, like:
- user group permissions to add categories.

I have around 30 categories a day to add, and user who submited a request for category needs to wait for me til i come and create them. pain in butt for me and him.

I'd like to allow me and members of my site add categories in frontend where they can. I wonder if it can be a plugin... How would you see it? The permission system bound to categories would be most recommended as well.
