Since markitup takes over all the textboxer tags you ust get markitup on all locations. You need the tb2 files there since they are called from the xscss files.

Nevertheless there is one huge problem: the textboxer.

in the admin panel of XsCCS or when trying to edit a meber/squad/rank/game, the following errors occur:

As you can see, it still seeks for the tb from seditio.
