Yes, i have used it successfully on SED.

# Kilandor : Sed Compatibility Plugin will be more than bbcode probably after 0.1.0. As more thing will be changed such as function names, and prob a few functions will be totally reworked.

Most sed plugins should work, with little or no modifications, you just have to try it.
