I think all the tpl files must be contained in the skins folder skins/your_skin/... it is convenient to all (optimal)
no matter what the structure skins/your_skin/modules/... or skins/your_skin/admin/... or skins/your_skin/plug/... or skins/your_skin/... this is indeed correct! Pavlo Tkachenko aka Dayver
