Now we have install scripts. They work so good and wonderful. they make install plugins easier/ BUT
After first install we always want to all in work most of plugins.
Many plugins has their own databases. Plugin install it.
But in unistall part we don't write any drop tables. And after 5-7 such plugins our database look look thrash/ I think we need to think about unistall plugin with db or without it.
