A friend of mine was asking me about the beta and had a few questions. He wanted to know if there was a hook for every function in the functions.php file. I told him there wasn't one.

He requested that there be a hook at the beginning and end of every function, which he thinks will provide extra plugin capability.

Any chance you guys could work with this?
