Facebook might indeed be buggy in HybridAuth, I had it one one host whereas it worked fine on the other. I fixed it by updating Facebook SDK bundled with the plugin, so it's quite a surprise if it is the same bug again. But I haven't heard of any problems with Google. Have you created another Client ID for this site? Google Client IDs and Facebook Apps cannot be shared among sites. May the Source be with you!
