Moderator Rights

Members	ok...so the moderator group is not useful then :) Added 16 hours later: so.....i created a new group called SiteMod and created it. on checking it's right this is what i see...nothing with an X in it is editable, and as you can see some of the forums i can set the group to be admin of and some i can't....what's going on?
