How secure is Cotonti my LDU site get's constant hack attempts

I have a very small (15 or so active posters) LDU site (never updated to sedito)
However we always have waves of attacks from people who read how to do an old LDU attack and tried it on our patched system so fail.
However since my host also have more sensitive information on it on other sites is there any security issues regarding cotonti?
