Foren / Cotonti / Support / Problem with Print, PDF Vertion, Email

I've installed this plugin and I've put the codes on forum.posts.tpl, list.tpl and list.tpl
But the plugin don't show anything.
Cotonti Version: 6.1.1

p.s. In my site this symbol " » " don't work correctly showing this symbol " ? ", why ?
