Are upgrades cumulative or do they have to be installed serially?

Thanks for the info.
Since I am going through a number of upgrades - (and I'm using the default skin) - it is safe to run each database patch and system file upgrade and then only update the plugins and skin at the end? Or should I sequence through DB, system files, plugins and skin each time as I progress from 0.0.3 through 0.6.6? -Sean |
