I changed in import.php

replace
require('system/config.extensions.php');

with
require('datas/extensions.php');

Added 1 minute later:

On my upgraded site it worked, because if you upgrade, you upload new files an dreplace old one's.
But if you change filename or move to another directory, like this file. The old version stays on the site.
Maybe in the upgrade procedure we need to point which files need to be removed.
