Foren / Cotonti / General / PFS tpl division

New PFS is divided into pfs.tpl, pfs.admin.tpl (userid=..), pfs.standalone.tpl, and pfs.system.tpl (SFS). This is a core modification and cannot be easily implemented in the current version.
