help with timezone

Timezone not correct

Members	help me pls, the timezone is not correct, how will i fix it? is it a bug? even if i set the right timezone GMT +8 timezone here in the phillipines, its still dont match with the time here server timezone GMT +8 Default timezone GMT +8 my profile timezone GMT +8 [b]I give you stuffs... and my stuffs i give you![/b] :D
