Error after update SQL

I suffer the same error but I am like 200% sure I updated to seditio 125 before doing the other updates. Anyway I can add the row manually but I would like to know the values for the other fields if you dont mind. I looked at the other rows and they all have different values so I am not sure what to add. And after what row should I create the new "ft_desc" row? Or doesn't that really matter?
