BTW is the markit up used on cotonti.com different from the one inside the install package ??

On cotonti.com we currently use CKEditor, not Markitup.

It seems that Markitup is being loaded twice somehow. Can you post the tpl you're using?

Also, replace the {FILE ...} thing with this:

{FILE "./{PHP.cfg.themes_dir}/{PHP.theme}/warnings.tpl"}
