Didn't have this thingy myself, but got several reports about it that users had it.
Just don't know how to reproduce it.
The one has it on vista with FF the other on XP with IE seems to happen randomly.

Tried getting one with Opera 9,63 FF306 and IE8 RC1, but no luck yet.
