jquery problems with old integrated version

hi there dev team!
i found a slight error in the core system. (not directly though) but the currently archived jquery version generates problems with several other jquery plugins because its just too old. after i installed/changed the jquery-1.4.2.min everything works fine. iam not too sure if this is just a problem of my js setup but i guess this should be at least tested/mentioned here in the forums... maybe someone can check that? here is the link to the latest version. http://code.jquery.com/jquery-1.4.2.min.js URL shortener: <a href="http://bbm.li/!7AD5C7">http://bbm.li/!7AD5C7</a>

Well, we still bundle 1.3 with Genoa because some plugins didn't work with 1.4 (like ratings or something like that). Can recheck if everything works fine against 1.4.2 if neccessary.
