i was wondering if its ok that if you upload a animated avatar it gets stripped down to a single image after upload.

Please pay attention to size limitations. I'm pretty sure it gets stripped when automatic downsize is performed.

didnt know that cot had that feature. is it really trying to reduce size by stripping an gif animation to just one preview? that should be in the how cool is that section ;)
